Hello, I have these windows on my sunroom porch. The biggest part of the hangers are bad and are breaking causing the glass in the windows to fall out. The hangers are plastic. The only info I can find on the windows is info stamped on the inside handle which reads the following:
RABEC SEALBRITE JALOUSIES CLEVE, OHIO.

We, unfortunately, don't sell a replacement for the part you're looking for. Contacting the original manufacturer of the windows would be your best option if you're able to track them down. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
