I have a Cole Sewell storm door registration#
ES497730. Looking for a replacement handle. See pictures attached. Long story, but we cut the inside handle off because we had a new wooden door installed and handle was hitting the door knob.

Cole Sewell has been out of business for years so we can't supply this exact handle. However, we do sell the 40-049 lockset which looks very similar to your old hardware. I recommend you look over the dimensions on this product's store page and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
