Thank you for your patience during this busy holiday season. Unfortunately, it's not possible to identify your rollers based on the sticker. That doesn't really tell me anything about the door itself.
The only way to identify patio door rollers is to see them removed. That does mean you have to take the door off twice; once for identification, and again for replacement. I know that's probably more work than you wanted to put into this, but there is no other way. It must be done. Replacing patio glass door rollers is a big project even in the best of circumstances.
Once you have the rollers out, I need to see a clear picture of the back end, top, and sides. Written dimensions will also be necessary so that you can use that for reference, since there may be more than one possible size.
