Hello,

We carry a couple of casement window locks that are similar, but none are exact.

The closest matches we have are our 38-209 and 38-205, but I am not certain if either will work for you. Look over our photos and information and let me know what you think.

Your lock handle appears to match the customer photo at the beginning of this thread. As mentioned in our response above, we do not have an exact match but the 38-209 and 38-205 would be our best replacement options. We can't make any guarantees but review the specifications shown on our product pages to determine if one of them might work as a replacement for your assembly.
