It looks like you have an older style Ashland awning window operator. We do not carry this operator and I'm not even sure if it is still available.

That being said, look at the 39-239B operator, made by Truth, along with the 39-451 cover and handle, 39-536 pivot slide, and 39-556 track. If you're handy, you may be able to use this hardware to repair your window.
