Searching for Series 635 sash balancer

Question

Have a bathroom window with pull cords not returning into balancer. Not sure what is the replacement part may be. What I can see on part is as follows: B95 4#19 635. Or it may be B95 4/19 635 not quite sure

Thanks for reaching out to us. Would you happen to know who made this window? The stamp you gave here makes me think this is Andersen brand, but I'm not 100% sure.

Assuming that it is, then our 24-431 is designed to replace any Andersen balance with the "4#19" stamp. This may be exactly what you're looking for.
