The Window was Andersen. In my research Andersen identified the window as a Silver Line Window woh is now branched away from Andersen. This is for a client and the part has been missing for quite sometime and she would like the part replaced.
Part # again is NERC 100 352-002. Thank you.

The number you gave us doesn't help us identify what you need, unfortunately. We will need to see a photo of the balance part in question in order to help. I may need more photos and information after that, but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind.
