Silverline double hung S1700 privot pin for tilt window

Broken one side of window cant open or close window.

Installer gone. Originally purchased from Builders General in Toms River

They said part was discounted to search

Parts catalog but having trouble figuring out sites

Can we see a photo of the pivot pin? We can try to find an acceptable replacement if we see it.

Would have to remove window to see other side. The small hook pc is missing.
Will try to remove window and send picture
I assumed the model number from the label on window would be enough

All I saw was the hook
So now looking at your picture
Something more is inside the window frame.
You can?t figure out from the model #??

I'm afraid not. Most windows use generic pivot bars. The one you have is probably used on a million other different kinds of windows. The only way we can know for sure is to see a picture of yours removed, whole and undamaged.

Thank you! This is exactly what we needed to see. See our 26-021. In terms of style, this looks just like yours. You should check our dimensions just to be 100% sure, though.
