Simonton patio door. Lock cylinder will not open. Need new cylinder

Your handle set has a bit of a strange design, but the key cylinder appears to be close to our 82-310. Look this product over and compare it to what you have installed now to confirm that they line up.

I installed the new cylinder and it's almost perfect.
The key opens the deadbolt but the key doesn't lock the deadbolt??

It sounds like the key cylinder could be out of sync. Try reinstalling the cylinder turning the key in the cylinder in a different position to see if that will help.
