A quick learner says:

I have 16 sets of Simonton casement windows that were installed 4 December 1995. All of windows are suffering from differing states of deterioration. A label on some windows says,"508042/02   23.6250   72.7500   CMRK   J0049". Do you have this item available as well as the tiny screws to attach the hardware?

Your operators look similar to our 39-187 and 39-188. I think these parts may be what you want, but look them over and see if you agree.
