Searching for Sl 32 3

Question

I'm looking to replace these window sashes. They have the metal piece at the bottom and string that attaches at the top of the window frame. See picture. I would like to know what parts are needed to replace the broken ones, please.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't determine the correct replacement with your balance still installed. We would need to start by seeing your assembly fully removed from the window, including the end of the pulley cord and the bottom that attaches to the pivot shoe, to compare to our inventory.
