Searching for Sliding glass door handle for 161090421.16

Thanks for posting. This looks like a keeper, or strike plate, that a door's mortise lock interfaces with. Can you show me the actual mortise lock and handle set in question? That will help narrow down what you need. Many thanks. 

Thank you. I was afraid this might be the case. Unfortunately, we don't sell a keeper that's compatible with the kind of mortise lock your door uses. My suggestion is to contact the original door manufacturer to see if they can supply you with the exact part made for this door.
