It's tough to make out what you have from this photo, since I can only see the side of your latch. However I am reminded of our 83-126. I recommend looking over the design of this product to see how well it matches with your original part.

Thanks for confirming. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate a screen door handle that matches those specifications. It does appear that our 83-126 is the best option we can offer, though due to its difference in design I'm not at all certain that it will work.
