Searching for Summit 660 SCO-R15/ SGD-C20 sliding glass door roller

Question

I need new heavy duty roller for my sliding glass door. I bought some that fit but they are not strong enough and are bending.

The JW-6 code on that sticker tells me that your door was made by Jeld-Wen, who commonly used our 81-149 on their doors. However this is far from a guarantee. Without seeing the original roller, there's no way to be sure whether this part will work or not.

Considering you already purchased a replacement that failed, I would highly recommend showing us photos of the original part. Written dimensions would also be helpful. That way we will have a much better idea of what you have and whether we sell anything that can replace it.
