Most of the hinges are rusted apart. There is one hinge that I was able to measure today and measurement A is about 5-17/32. The rest of the measurement also match the 14.76 measurement.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm not sure which measurements you're referring to but your hinge resembles our 36-048 set with a 10" base. This looks like a promising replacement but keep in mind that you'll need to replace the top and bottom hinges.
