Searching for Tie Bar Holder

Question

I have 1997 era Weathershield French Casements windows where the bar holder broke. Trying to find out the part number with Weathershield lead me to #972409. Somehow I was told this # was discontinued and that your part # 39-417 will work. Is this correct. I have attached three pictures of what I am trying to replace. Thanks Ed

Hi Ed. Yes, I think our 39-417 Tie Bar Guide is your best replacement option. The style is certainly different, but the function of the guide works the same way. As long as one of the screw holes align, this should work for you.
