Searching for Tilt latch for vinyl window 3.5 long 2" from screw middle 3/4 " wide

Question

House was built in 03. Hit by lightening and the lightening shook the ground so hard the window latch broke. Need to replace. Measured 3.5 long, 2" from mid screw to screw and 3/4 " wide.

Thanks for posting. Wow! That's impressive. This tilt latch reminds me of the Rollyson design, the 26-194 (its opposite-handed version is the 26-193). The width and length are close to what you cite; the hole spacing however differs. Note however that hole spacing is measured from the center of the mounting holes. Double-check, refer to the diagram below, and let me know if you think this is what you need.
