Check out our 36-048 2-bar hinge set. Compare our dimensions to yours and see how they match up. Just be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

I need an upper and lower hinge replacement for the right side window from the perspective of standing inside the house looking out.
30767 is stamped on the upper short piece (5 3/8") and 30752 is stamped on the upper bracket (10").

Take a look at our 36-048 and compare your dimensions to ours to see how they match up. Just keep in mind to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

That looks right for the top hinge. How about the bottom hinge?

Our 36-048 comes in a set which means you can use one for the top and one for the bottom.
