Searching for handle tip extension Model #0117-187-M

Question

The item on the left is what we are looking for.It has 6 facets that when we put it into the item on the right, it allows the skylight to open.  The facets are all worn down.The item on the right attaches to the skylight device that opens and closes it.  The item on the left attaches to the pole rod that we use to reach the skylight.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the skylight operator piece shown in your photo. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
