3/8 est. vent for  double pane fogged window. Will require the drilling through one pane to insert.

I believe you are looking for a new glass replacement for your fogged insulate glass. If so, call your nearest glass shop, and they can replace it with a new insulated glass unit. If not, clarify what you're looking for.
