Searching for WARTIAN LH-5000-2

I have an old discontinued Wartian LH-5000-2 Storm Door lever kit that needs to be replaced, as it finally just broke. I was curious what you recommend as a complete exterior and interior replacement lever set?

Hello, Todd. We don't have this exact handle set but I think you could use the 40-058 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Can I purchase lever the handle for the outside with screws separately. I don't need the deadbolt as this is for a rear door which is not an entry door and have no need for the deadbolt ???

Hello, David. Unfortunately the lever handle for the 40-058 set is not sold separately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
