I am looking for a Wright Fairmont Storm Door Mortise Handle and Lock. It seems to be discontinued in a lot of places.

This particular lock was already on this door when we purchased it back in 1997, when our house was built. I don't have to have to same handle and lock. We are looking for one in brass and one in chrome. Trying to find one that would fit without any modifications.

Thanks for the photos. This reminds me of our 40-049 or 40-183, depending on the finish you prefer. Take a look and see if the dimensions match up.
