Searching for Weather stripping for Jeld-Wen bay window Jel-N-575 tradition plus clad casement

A quick learner from Georgetown, KY says:

I am adding photos of out bay window and weather stripping that is disintegrating. Also damage coming to woodwork inside. I have tried Home Depot and have been searching the internet for a similar stripping with no luck so far. We will use a water proof tape to seal it up for the winter. I need about 7 yards of this stripping Can you advise?

Your foam seal here looks very similar to our 58-056E at first glance, but this is really only made for doors, not windows. My concern is that it might be too big.

Another option is our 58-170B, which is a common sight on casement windows. Review the dimensions for both products to see if either one will work for you.
