Searching for Weatherstrip

Question

I am trying to find the weatherstripping for double doors manufactured by Extrudart Metal Products of NJ. back in 1981 of which we have three sets on our local church. I only have "vague" information as to what I believe is the model number as "Model L, vision light, bronze" and or possibly called "Horton Tri Style, model 1604H thru 1606H". The left side door has a concave center piece with two slots(one on each end of the concave piece)looking down from the top thus indicative of two pieces of weatherstripping required per a set of double doors. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance of any assistance.

Hi Louie, thanks for posting. Do you still have the old weatherstrip? Could you cut a sample of the weatherstrip and provide us a picture of its 'end profile'? This would be most helpful in narrowing down what you need. Any dimensions of this end profile would also be helpful. Thank you!
