Thanks for writing in. It's a bit difficult to say what window cranks you need without seeing a picture of the entire operator, including the link arm. That said, see our 39-329 and 39-330. These might be the operators you need, but go over the dimensions to confirm this. As far as the broken plastic part, if it's part of your casement hinge I'm afraid we don't sell the individual components separately, but see if the 36-048 could work for you.
