Searching for Windowmaster channel balance 3230

Help, need channel balance replacement. The string snapped. This is from a single hung non tilt window made by Windowmaster. There is a number 3230 on the channel.

I am sure we can help you with a replacement balance. The photos you sent are a little blurry and don't show a clear shot of the balance. We need to see clearer shots of the balance, showing the nylon fittings on both ends. Please also provide us with the metal length measurement of the balance. From there, we will do our best to offer a replacement.

I hope this help. Not sure why they are blurry. The metal length is 33 inches. The spring is 15 inches

Thank you for the photos. Depending on the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether or not our S380-33 or S385-33 is a better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 3230 option that holds a sash weight of 18-23 pounds.
