I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. Is this a sash lift? If so, you could potentially use something like our 26-116, 26-174, or 26-247 as a substitute. These just screw to the face of the window. That means you'll need to drill new holes, but as long as you're careful not to hit the glass then they should still work.
