Searching for Windowpane corner clips

I?m trying to replace block and tackle spring sash in double pane and discovered the his part cracked on upper left corner of actual window.  What is the part name so I can order replacement.  Went to two hardware stores and the couldn?t tell me.

This part is called a top sash guide, and yours in particular is a match for our 18-161. I'm very confident that you can use this part to repair your window.
