Hey, Gil. Your photos are a little unclear, so I'm not sure exactly what this part may be. based on its shape, it looks like it could be a tie bar guide.

If I'm right, consider our 39-448. This can be used to replace just about any older style tie bar guide out there for this kind of window. Look it over and let me know what you think.
