Your original handle set is no longer made, but we recommend reviewing the 82-030 as a replacement. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole pattern from center to center. Let us know what you think! 

Please note that when handles crack like this, the reason is almost always the rollers. We recommend making sure the rollers are lubricated, cleaned, and undamaged or else this may happen again with the new handle in only a few years.
