Searching for adapter to change from a single hole pul

Question

I have single hole pulls on my drawers and cabinets. Is it possible to change to a handle type pull and still be balanced  Two or possible three holes.

Sure, I don't see any reason why not. I assume the hole is in the middle of the drawer, so you will need to drill two new holes and fill the old hole with wood putty.
