Searching for american craftman double hung spiral tilt balance

i have American Craftman Windows, double hung, that were installed in about 1998. the spiral title balance still works, but the metal piece at the bottom that the window hindges on has rusted off. do you have replacements for this part. if not do you have any suggestions other than replaceing the windows.
