Called Andersen and based on the "SO#" was told they would send me a replacement set of"sash balances, part# 10-8016.5a"
I need many more for the apartment complex I own.
Internet and your search find nothing conclusive.
Based on pic of label, and window... what are the Balances I need?

Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-228, which itself is compatible with both the 1/2" thick Series 160 an 3/8" thick Series 165 coil balances. You will need to measure your old coils to determine which one will be best for your window.
