Searching for atlas security screen door mortise

Question

hello,
I have a customer that purchased an Atlas security screen door that we ordered from IWC in 11/2020. he says the mortise has failed. I don't know if the mortise alone is available or if the entire handle assembly needs to be replaced.
please advise.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need your customer to supply photos of the original mortise lock uninstalled, along with written-out dimensions, to determine if a suitable replacement is available. Thank you.
