Searching for atrium 5700 window channel balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. I'll just need a few details to get started. Can you show me a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? It looks like yours broke off from the balance shown here so you may want to check the one on the other side of the window. Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?
