all of our cabinet drawers (47 apt. units)- built in 2002 have drawer track back plates with the wording as follows- M.I. germany 543.000, 10.00.( fotos of front and back attached- the drawer tracks are white painted metal with the name uni-frame 2033/597 (23 1/2").
The ends of the tracks slide into the front of the back plate to be secured in place.
We are looking for the plastic back plates and perhaps the tracks as well.

Unfortunately, this drawer back plate has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
As for a replacement track, the only option that we carry would be the 32-053 but you'll need to review the video below to determine if it could work for your application. Thanks for posting.
