Searching for balance 28 5 CJ BSI VT

I would like to replace a balance in my Silverline windows. I have balances 28 5CJ BSI VT (width 5/8"). Thank you.

To further review, we will need to see the top of the metal channel to see how it installs as well as the attachment at the end of the cord. From there we can get a better view of which Series your window uses. Thank you!
