Searching for balance for pgt wimdow

hi - looking for spiral balances for single hung PGT windows:

series SH7600/7700 SH ?.22" upper sash and 28" upper sash .

the present balances have a metal "hook" end the inserts into the bottom of the top sash.

Thanks for writing in! To identify the correct replacements for your existing balances, I'll need to see a photo of your hardware removed from the window. Especially the hook at the bottom of the balance. Unfortunately, I cannot identify the correct replacements based on the brand or the sticker information from the window.

It would also help to know the dimensions for the diameter and length of the metal tube. I'll also need to know the tip color of the balance.
