I have a manufactured home that was built in 2006 and has with Kinro windows and when opening the windows the balance sticks and the window tips, nothing appears broke but they do not operate smoothly. Do you need to oil them and if so with what. They are non tilt in windows
Searching for balance for when window is open

Hm... I'm not totally sure what style of balance you have. Depending what style, there are different lubricants you could use. Could you send some photos of your balance so that we can make a recommendation?

You can use white grease on the spring itself and silicone on the track to prevent your window form sticking.
As a general rule, we do not recommend doing this more than every other year.Let us know if this helps or if you continue to have problems after applying the grease and silicone.
Thank you!
