Hello, Carl. I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell me anything about the hardware used on this window. We sell a wide selection of balances, so there's a good chance we can help, but I'll need a clear photo of the balance in question before I can make a suggestion.

Please note that I may ask for more photos and information after I see the assembly, depending on what you have. Just something to keep in mind as we move forward.

Thanks! That's exactly right: this is an old rod-type balance that we don't sell anymore, but we do have a modern equivalent that works just as well. The only issue is that there are a few different possibilities and I don't know which type to go with based on this photo. Your old balance is unfortunately too damaged for me to narrow it down.

What I'm chiefly interested in here is a clear shot of the pivot shoe. Is that something you can provide? This is the block or clip that interacts with the bottom corners of the sash, usually serving as a direct connection. 

You may also want to have an undamaged version of this balance on hand for an accurate length measurement. Take it from me, it's very, very difficult to measure an accurate length when the assembly has sprung apart like yours has. If you have an undamaged version then it will take out a lot of guess work and make this project much easier.
