need replacement of balance 2718 is stamped 28 inch having trouble sending you pictures, will try again Christine.

Hey, Christine. Based on your photos, it looks like you have an S390-28 channel balance. I've never seen a stamp of 2718, though. Can you confirm this is what it reads? If so, I recommend weighing your sash on a scale and referring to the chart we show on the S390-28 store page. One of our standard options very well may work for you.
