Hey, Matthew. We may be able to help, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a clear picture of the shoe or clip at the end of the cord. This shoe or clip should connect to the bottom of your sash. I'd also like you to confirm the length of the metal channel and the weight of your sash. Finally, tell me how many balances you need.
