Thanks for writing in! These will need to be custom/special order balances, given that you have a wheel in the shoe; they are Extended-Travel Balances.
I am not able to see the clip or hook attached to the shoe of the balances in your photos. These balances typically have them, so if your balances does not, you'll need to find an undamaged balance. Please also include a photo of the side profile view of the bottom shoe as well.
Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So it is important to confirm which clip/hook your balances have. Also, they are important for the installation of the balance.
Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances.

Thank you for your quick response. I took photos of an undamaged balance hoping that they would be enough, also I included a photo of the side profile view of the bottom shoe and a photo of the inside spring too. It's a single hung window and the lower sash is heavy so I believe (if I may say so) the replacement balance needs a strong inside spring designed for heavy ones.The balance lenght is 23.5 inch ( without attachment).

We have provided you with an exact replacement for what you have as that is what is typically recommended. There isn't really a "stronger spring" we can offer. These balances are calibrate to carry a specific amount of weight, according to the sash weight.
