I have a defective sash balancer on my Anderson window. the numbers on the window seem to be CIG-2 1-95.6 High Perf. (Hard to read them.) What sash balancer do I need? The windows are about 20 years old.

Thank you for contacting us. Based on your visible glass size, I would recommend our 24-837. However, if you wish for me to confirm, I would need to know the stamps printed on the balance box itself.
