Looks like you need a new lock and operator. Unfortunately, I can't quite see enough of either to make a judgement.

For the lock, can you show me the base plate where it installs? That will help me determine if we carry anything that mathes.

For the operator, can you show me a clear picture of the whole mechanism in one shot?

I have this exact same lock and am looking for two of them in black or ORB. The lock is from an Eagle (now Andersen) awning window in my case. C-6200-19. Do you carry this part?

I'm afraid that I still don't know what this lock is. The previous customer never supplied the information I requested. Without that, I cannot make a recommendation.

Reviewing their photos again, I would say the closest match that we sell is the 38-205. However this is only available in white and bronze and is a Truth brand part. It is also an educated guess; I would need to see the rest of the assembly to verify.
