Searching for Channel Balances

A quick learner says:
Hi there, I need to replace Caldwell window balances. I have 2 sizes, one is 35 2 HO, the other is 35 4 JO. Please help.

Thanks for getting back to me. To both sets have the same nylon fittings? And do both have metal channels that are 36" long, not including those nylon fittings? If so, see either our S380-36 or S385-36. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need stamp options of 3520 and 3540 for each respective set.

Yes, the same fittings on both, and yes both are 36" long. I ordered 6 0f the S385-36 with option 3540. Thanks for the help.
