You have an older Roto operator that has been replaced with the 39-091 and 39-092 styles. Unfortunately the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash has been discontinued and obsolete. You would need to reuse this arm for function.

Dimensions for 39-091

We do not carry this hinge, but our best option would be the 36-048 2 - bar hinge set. Please review the related videos on the page for more information. We also carry the 36-004-10 stainless steel version, but please not that it is not adjustable like the 36-048 as demonstrated in the video. Please note both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.
