Do you carry this patio door handle with lock? Each handle has a stamp, one is CD 439 and other is CD 440.

Please see our 82-036 handle. This looks like a close match to your handle, but check to see if it matches up to yours.

If 82-036 doesn't come in other colors, could I pain it the color I need? If so, what type of paint would I use?

Yes, painting it is possible. You could use a spray paint like Rustoleum or Krylon for the color and then give it a clear top coat.
