This shoe looks like an older version of our 15-180. I believe this will work as a replacement for you. If you also need the spring, I recommend the Series 190.

Hi Tom
Thank you for responding. The spring is actually the part that is broken and is what I need. My coil is 1/2 inch wide and has the number "740" stamped on the coil itself near the hole for the mounting screw.
Do you think the series 190 spring will work?

Yes, I think the Series 190 will work. Your shoe is definitely an older version of the 15-180, which is specifically designed to work with the Series 190 spring and nothing else.
