Can you forward info to my email address for a replacement operator as shown in the pictures. Because the double sash window lock is Comfortworld, that is what I believe to be the crank out window operator manufacturer.

Thanks for reaching out! To determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator, preferably removed from the window. If you are not able to remove it, that is okay but at the very least I'll need to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) connected to the bottom of the movable sash.
It seems the brand name is specific to the sweep lock. So, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to use it to identify the replacement.
